Office Information
Our office is located in inner NE Portland, just inside A-WOL dance collective. Here is some information about the space that may be helpful…
This space is wheelchair & other mobility devices accessible. There is no step up to the entrance.
It is street parking only, but spaces are generally plentiful just out front.
Near public transit (1-2 blocks from bus routes 6 & 17 & streetcar A/B loops. 9 blocks from max lines).
Big windows with natural light.
Overhead fluorescent lights in the office are covered with material and off unless we briefly need more light (or happy to turn them on if you prefer!)
It has two single occupancy gender neutral restrooms with floor mounted toilets and enough room for a wheelchair.
Chairs for a variety of body sizes.
Low scent. Please don’t wear perfume or scented lotion/products to your appointment.
I have fragrance free chlorhexidine based hand sanitizer in the office. I also keep fragrance free soap for hand washing.
A kn95, kf94, or n95 style face mask is required for appointments (Note, the building also houses a dance/ aerial studio that does not require masks, but my office is directly inside the front door).
If you are unable to wear a face mask please let me know and we can come up with a solution (typically scheduling at end of day or with extra space between patients)
I typically wear a well fitted kn95, but am happy to wear an n95 if you prefer!
Air purifier is always on in the office (air doctor + a second smaller unit).
There will generally be a minimum of 15 minutes between patients (often 30+ minutes).
The exterior door is locked 24/7, you will text the clinic number when you arrive & I will let you in.
My goal continues to be accessible healthcare for everyone! If you are interested in seeing me in person, but have questions or accessibility concerns, please message me on Charm.
Currently in person appointments are available for follow-up visits only. Due to the long length of initial visits (90 minutes) I am continuing to do them via telehealth.
